Policy:
Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once,
and no longer needed. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL .
Please choose your equipment carefully. We only accept the return of goods
on the basis of faults which we will repair/replace. We only accept cancellations
on equipment that has not yet been put into freight or not yet put on order
from our suppliers. any other cancellations / returns are subject to a 25%
restocking charges plus shipping and handling.
Any defective device must be reported immediately, within five ( 5 ) business
days.
We will replace or repair all faulty devices, at our option providing there
is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
You will be refunded for the shipping charges of any device we'll find defective
in case reported within five ( 5 ) business days. No refund of shipping
charges afterwards .
Warranty:
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material
for 365 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option
, any defective device providing there is no evidence of customer misuse,
or alteration.

Shipping Information:
Domestic Orders: Shipping Charges are indicated during our online check
out procedure (except Alaska & Hawaii).
International Orders: Customers outside the continental United States

Delivery:
Except during busy holidays and rush periods, all orders are processed
and shipped within two working days of order confirmation. If an item is
out of stock, but executed within a few days, we will hold the order until
the item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of stock items,
please let us know.
